Jackie Adejoke Odukoya is the Founder and Managing Partner of Worldwide Solicitors, a distinguished Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), with over a decade of practice across corporate governance, commercial law, and strategic business advisory.

She founded the firm with a singular mission: to deliver world-class legal services informed by a deep, practical understanding of the Nigerian and international business environment. Under her leadership, Worldwide Solicitors has grown into a multi-disciplinary firm with offices in Lagos and London, serving clients across Nigeria and internationally.

Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law including company formation, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contract negotiation. She advises a broad client base including entrepreneurs, SMEs, listed companies, and multinational organisations operating across West Africa.


In dispute resolution, Odukoya represents clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Her courtroom advocacy is complemented by a pragmatic, commercially-minded approach that keeps client objectives firmly in view throughout any process.
